Whitewater paddling is splendid on Little River, and Mill Lake is a fine location to camp, Hickory Star is a fine location. High temperatures at Mill Lake through the summertime are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 60's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 40's while Mill Lake nighttime low temperatures through the winter are in the 20's. You'll wish for more hours in a day to       enjoy all the entertaining stuff at Mill Lake. Days Inn is a great place to get some rest, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Mill Lake; Deer Trail is a delightful local trail. Crawford Spring is an inspiring place to check out while here, and the River Bluff Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful.
