This lake is located in the wonderful Cumberland Plateau Mountains. Near Meadow Park Lake you hit upon a golf course called River Run Golf Club, and after a long day outdoors Heritage Inn is a splendid location to spend a night or two. Be careful coming to the Cumberland Plateau Mountains, you might not ever want to go home again. Camping at Crossville Koa Kampground is always a tremendous experience, and Meadow Park       Dam is a site that is next to Meadow Park Lake. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Crossville Holiday Trav-l-Park is a pleasant spot to do that, and a wonderful nearby hotel is Inn of the Cumberlands. Meadow Park Lake is not far at all from Crossville; get yourself into a kayak and hit Daddy's Creek. That right there is loads already, but it goes on; Meadow Park Lake has it all. If you come at the right time of year, Obed River offers some good                  whitewater. Meadow Park Lake is a quite wet place ordinarily with a large amount of precipitation; March is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is October. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Meadow Park Lake. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 60's.
