Be careful coming to Mason Lake, you might not ever want to return back home again. At Mason Lake throughout the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's with overnight lows in the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to       the 40's with temperatures at Mason Lake dipping down into the 20's throughout winter nights. A tremendous place for whitewater paddling next to Mason Lake is Spring Creek; there's always Mason Lake Dam to have a look at near Mason Lake. Mason Lake is located in the Cumberland Plateau Mountains. This lake is so wonderful.
