There's so much to do here at Mason Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Spring Valley RV Park is a delightful place for that; float down the rapids of Spring Creek in a kayak. A delightful close by hotel is Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites COOKEVILLE, and the       scenery at Mason Lake Dam is pretty. You're sure to encounter some wonderful people from Cookevi lle here, and if you need a location to stay Cookeville Knights Inn is a glorious choice. This lake is so wonderful. Mason Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Standing Stone State Park is a good local campground, and get soaked paddling on Flat Creek. Any time is a glorious time at Mason Lake if you love the outdoors. Mason Lake is a wet site                  that gets a good deal of precipitation; during the month of March you get the most rain around here, and October meanwhile is the driest month. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Mason Lake while overnight lows are usually in the 60's.
