Throughout the warm days of summer at Lost Acres Lake highs are regularly in the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 60's. All through the winter highs are in the 40's while Lost Acres Lake nighttime low temperatures through the winter are in the 20's. Camping at Lost Acres Lake is fine fun, Rau-wood Retreat Center is a fine local campground; close by you find brilliant       locations like George Hollow. Lost Acres Lake is a reasonably wet place commonly with lots of rain; the wettest month of the year is mostly March, that's the one that rains the most while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining stuff at Lost Acres Lake. Days Inn is a perfect site to get some rest, and Gravel Hill is clearly visible from Lost Acres Lake. This lake is so                  wonderful. Traveler's RV Park is a great campground here, and there are plenty of folks from Columbia here at Lost Acres Lake. After a long day outdoors Richland Inn is a tremendous place to spend a night or two It's always great to take a look at Sulphur Spring. Whitewater paddling is delightful on Little Harpeth River.
