At Long Pond all through the warm months highs are in the 80's; throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's; after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Long Pond dip into the 20's. While you're here at Long Pond you can play some golf at Scenic View Golf Course, and here at Long Pond you can see Bishop Top. Long Pond is not far at all from       Tullahoma; since you're here why not take a look at Buncombe Gap. Be careful coming to Long Pond, you might not ever wanna return back home again. Turkey Creek has a fine whitewater paddling spot nearby, and after a long day outdoors Economy Inn is a glorious place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful.
