Do stop by Laurel Lake while you're in this part of Tennessee. Don't miss out on a tour to Russell Cave National Monument since you're here at Laurel Lake, and whitewater paddling is fine on Little Fiery Gizzard Creek. This lake is so wonderful. | | night lows are frequently in the 60's. For the duration of the winter this place gets highs in the 40's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Laurel Lake temperatures plunge to the 20's.

Drip Spring Cove is next to Laurel Lake
and is a great location, and paddling on Big Fiery Gizzard Creek is so much fun. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable things at Laurel Lake. Laurel Lake is brilliant enough to spend more than a day at, Laurel
Trails Campground is a brilliant local campground, and going for a hike on the River Mont Cave Historical Trail is always a great adventure. The high level of precipitation makes Laurel Lake a rather wet location; March is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is August.
