Yeah, come up here to the Cumberland Plateau Mountains for a great time. It's a glorious idea to go to Carter Branch, it's next to Lake Waldensia; Mammys Creek is a good whitewater spot close by. This lake is one of the great places here in the Cumberland Plateau Mountains. All the outdoors cool stuff in the Cumberland Plateau Mountains will keep you coming back persistently. While       you're here at Lake Waldensia you will meet lots of folks from close by Harriman; an exciting thing to visit in the vicinity of Lake Waldensia is Lake Waldensia Dam. A good place to camp here at Lake Waldensia is Arrowhead Resort, and if you need a place to stay Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites HARRIMAN is a delightful choice. Lake Waldensia regularly gets lots of rain; March is the wettest month with most rain, and October is the month with the least moisture.                  That right there is heaps already, but it goes on; Lake Waldensia has it all. Camping at Bridgadoon Resort is always a tremendous experience; hiking is a popular thing to do around Lake Waldensia; Fooshee Pass Trail is a great local trail. This lake is so wonderful. Obed Wild & Scenic River is a delightful national park, and you can see Peg Mountain from Lake Waldensia. All through the warmest time of the year highs here at Lake Waldensia reach the 80's. Summer night lows dip down to the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's, and night lows in the 20's for Lake Waldensia. This lake is so wonderful.
