So much amusing stuff close to Lake Waldensia, truly fantastic. There are some brilliant whitewater spots on Mammys Creek; you can catch a sight of Peg Mountain from Lake Waldensia. This lake is so wonderful. If       time allows, Obed Wild & Scenic River is a national park worth visiting; there's whitewater on Fall Creek for all you adrenaline people. Lake Waldensia is a wet place that gets much rain; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain, and October is the month with the least moisture. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Lake Waldensia. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 60's. Throughout the winter this place gets                  highs in the 40's; night lows in the 20's for Lake Waldensia. So much exciting stuff in the Cumberland Plateau Mountains, just mind-boggling. Ozone Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop by, and delightful hiking is available along the Fooshee Pass Trail.
