Go to Lake Sherwood if you want to go to a nice lake. This lake is so wonderful. Near Lake Sherwood you find the Fooshee Pass Trail which is a fine hiking trail. This lake is so wonderful. You're probably into lakes, Brown Creek Lake is one of those nearby; the views at Obed Wild & Scenic River will blow your mind. If only every spot had this much outdoors fun things, what a great earth it would be. There's always Sherwood Dam to stop at in close proximity to

Visit Polebridge Branch since you're here at Lake Sherwood, and
after a long day outdoors Fairfield Glade Resort is a fine place to spend a night or two. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Cumberland Plateau Mountains. Camping at Lake Sherwood is good fun, Bean Pot Holiday Trav-l-park is a
good local campground, and dry warm beds await you at Fairfield Glade. Summertime at Lake Sherwood arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and the night is rather colder of course, usually in the 60's. The wintertime comes with
highs in the 40's, and overnight lows in the 20's for Lake Sherwood.
