On a glorious day at Lake Pomeroy you can take a hike along the Fooshee Pass Trail. This lake is so wonderful. You'll wish       for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing stuff at Lake Pomeroy. There's so much to do here at Lake Pomeroy that you need to camp here for a while, Deer Run RV Resort is a glorious place for that. Lakes are splendid; Glastowbury Lake is a lake that's in the neighborhood of Lake Pomeroy. Lake Pomeroy is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Bean Pot Holiday Trav-l-park is a tremendous local campground, and Fairfield Glade Resort is a wonderful location                  to get some rest. This lake is one of the great places here in the Cumberland Plateau Mountains. These mountains rock, just explore all the exciting things to do in the Cumberland Plateau Mountains. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Crossville Tn is a great site to spend a night or two; in the event that you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Yellow Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Daddy's Creek is a perfect whitewater spot in close proximity to Lake Pomeroy; a round of golf at nearby Stonehenge Golf Club is a nice way to kill some time. If you want a delightful time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Cumberland Plateau Mountains. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always visit close by Lake Malvern, and Peavine Mountain is gorgeous and can be seen from here.
