Here at King Lake there are plenty of folks from Jackson, and lakes are such serene places, why not check out Ben Henry Lake. Supertel Inn is a pleasant place to get some rest. Throughout the summer, highs regularly are in the 90's at King Lake, and all through the night it cools down to the 60's. High temperatures all through the wintertime are normally in the 40's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at       King Lake dip into the 20's. Near King Lake you stumble on the Forked Pine Nature Trail which is a good hiking trail; a pretty lake like Scott Lake is a wonderful site to check out. A large amount of rain falls at King Lake; most of the rain falls through May while August is generally the driest month. King Dam is an attention-grabbing thing to check out, and going for a hike on the Lakeshore Nature Trail is always a nice adventure. This lake is so wonderful.                  If you need a place to stay Jackson - Days Inn is a nice choice, and Tennessee State Government is a magnificent campground nearby. Having a wonderful time at King Lake is trouble-free.
