    Go to Kagley Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. Nearby Chambers Hollow is a splendid place to go if you're at Kagley Lake. Dry warm beds await you at Luxbury Inn and Suites, and going for a hike on the Stiffknee Trail is always a tremendous adventure. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Carpenter Campground is always a good experience; there is a perfect hiking trail close by called the Hannah Mountain Trail.

   Lake is Abrams Creek Campground, and a quick tour to Centenary Creek is undeniably a glorious idea. That right there is a load already, but it goes on; Kagley Lake has it all. An interesting thing to go to next to Kagley Lake is Kagley Dam, and in case you don’t mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Abrams Creek. All the water falling down from the sky makes Kagley Lake a wet location; the wettest month of the year is regularly March,  
               that's the one that rains the most; October meanwhile is the driest month.
This lake is so wonderful. You'll meet a lot of folks from Knoxville here; Citico Creek has a brilliant whitewater paddling spot close by. If you need a place to stay Jameson Inn Alcoa is a tremendous choice; one of the major features of the surroundings of Kagley Lake is Woodpecker Knobs. A round of golf at nearby Laurel Valley Golf Course is a splendid way to kill some time, and on a pleasant day you can take a hike along the Little Bottoms Trail.
Throughout the long summer days at Kagley Lake highs are generally in the 80's with overnight lows in the 60's. Through the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 40's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Kagley Lake drop into the 20's.
