Course is a golf course nearby. Jersey Meadow Lake sees pretty high levels of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is March while October is generally the driest month.
Whitewater paddling is splendid on Conasauga River;
Green Shadow Dam is wonderful. High temperatures at Jersey Meadow Lake during the summer months are in the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 60's. For the duration of the winter the highs are mostly in the 40's,
and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Jersey Meadow Lake. Camping at Chilhowee Rec Area - Cherokee National Forest is always a fine experience, and why not a little side journey to Bird Branch.
