    The beauty of Jackson Lake is reason enough to stop by. Throughout the summertime here at Jackson Lake, high temperatures typically reach the 80's. Summer overnight lows drop down to the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's; winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Jackson Lake. You're sure to come across some fine people from Tullahoma here; Jackson Lake is a great place to camp, Laurel Trails Campground is a great place. If you're  
   here at Jackson Lake, you could explore Barnes Branch, and don't leave Jackson Lake without first paying a visit to Harrison Spring.
You'll need more than a day to discover everything Jackson Lake has to offer, you can camp at Kimball Campground, also Jackson Lake Dam is worth a visit if you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Jackson Lake, you'll come across Athletic Field Lake which is a beautiful lake; drift down the rapids of Big Fiery
 
               Gizzard Creek in a kayak. While you're here at Jackson Lake you can take a hike along the Winding Stairs, and paddling on Little Fiery Gizzard Creek is so much fun.
This lake is so wonderful. Why not explore Kirby Smith Point also since you're here; a delightful nearby hotel is Smoke House Restaurant. The high level of precipitation makes Jackson Lake a reasonably wet place; most of the rain falls through March, and August meanwhile is the driest month. You feel that's enough? Just getting warmed up. On a glorious day at Jackson Lake you can take a hike along the River Mont Cave Historical Trail, and if you need a location to stay Best Western Smokehouse Lodge is a tremendous choice.
A trip to Russell Cave National Monument is recommended, and since you're here why not check out Shakerag Hollow. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing things in close proximity to Jackson Lake. Cape of Good Hope can be made out from Jackson Lake.
