After a long day outdoors Best Western Regency Motor Inn is a nice place to spend a night or two, and people from Memphis love to come here. During the warm days of summer, highs frequently are in the 90's at Island Forty Chute. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's       with temperatures at Island Forty Chute dipping down into the 20's through winter nights.
