Hines Pond is a nice lake to visit. There's a nice forest near Hines Pond called Grundy State Forest. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Hines Pond has to offer, you can camp at Laurel Trails Campground. This lake is so wonderful. There are some pleasant whitewater spots on Big Fiery Gizzard Creek; get yourself into a kayak and hit Little Fiery Gizzard Creek.

| | you need a site to stay Days Inn is a wonderful choice. If you want a wonderful time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Hines Pond. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always pop by nearby Littell Number One Lake, and a glorious close by hotel is American Eagle Inn. Hines Pond is a reasonably wet place frequently with a good deal of precipitation; March is the wettest month with most rain, and June is when it's the driest.

is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Hines Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Kimball Campground is a magnificent site for that, and the view of East Ramsey is stunning. High temperatures at Hines Pond during the
summer are in the 80's. Summer overnight lows drop down to the 60's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 40's; through the dark hours in the winter at Hines Pond temperatures fall to the 20's. A spree to Russell
Cave National Monument is worthwhile, and swing by Little Fiery Gizzard Creek it's a splendid place to have a look at.
If the weather is brilliant here at Hines Pond, you can go for a hike along the River Mont Cave Historical Trail, and not far from Hines Pond you acquire some tremendous water scenery at Plainview Dam.
