Not far from Glen Echo Lake, you'll stumble on Marrowbone Lake which is a stunning lake; lots of people from Nashville-Davidson—Murfreesboro come here. Glen Echo Lake is a relatively wet place generally with a lot of rain; most of the rain falls during March, and October on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's; after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Glen Echo Lake drop into the 20's.
