Glen Echo Lake is a relatively wet place generally with a lot of rain; most of the rain falls during March, and October on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Glide down the rapids of Little Harpeth River in a kayak, and after a long day outdoors Super 8 Motel - Whites Creek/ Nashville NW       Area is a fine place to spend a night or two. Stay the night at Goodletteville Koa Kampground, and Days Inn Joelton/Nashville is a good site to get some rest. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing stuff in the neighborhood of Glen Echo Lake.
