This lake is so wonderful. Ramada Limited Of Blue Ridge is a tremendous place to get some rest, and hey, Fightingtown Creek is a great local stream. The high level of precipitation makes F-Eleven Tailings Pond a pretty wet place; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Turtletown Creek is       a tremendous whitewater spot in the vicinity of F-Eleven Tailings Pond. F-Eleven Tailings Pond Dam is not far at all from F-Eleven Tailings Pond, and hiking is a popular thing to do around F-Eleven Tailings Pond; Licklog Trail is a fine local trail. So many fun things in the Great Smoky Mountains, just inspiring. You'll hit upon a picturesque lake called City Services Diversion Lake near F-Eleven Tailings Pond; pleasant hiking is available along the Dry                  Pond Lead Trail. For the duration of the warm months here at F-Eleven Tailings Pond, high temperatures mostly reach the 80's with nighttime lows in the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's with temperatures at F-Eleven Tailings Pond dipping down into the 20's throughout winter nights. Don't leave F-Eleven Tailings Pond without first going for a hike along the Rock Creek Trail, and while you're here, you could also go to stunning Gypsum Pond. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining things in the Great Smoky Mountains. Dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn & Suites, and Red Hill is clearly visible from F-Eleven Tailings Pond. This lake is so wonderful.
