The Cumberland Plateau Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Through the months of summer highs here at Ernest Taylor Lake get into the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 60's. Throughout the winter the highs are commonly in the 40's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Ernest Taylor Lake temperatures fall to the 20's. There's so much to do here at Ernest Taylor Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Racoon Mountain Campground is a great location for that.
