If you have a thing about the outdoors, you'll love Cypress Pond. Don't leave Cypress Pond without first going for a hike along the Mount Zion Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Buffalo River Trail Ride, and what would a site like Cypress Pond be without attention-grabbing close by highlights like New Era Bluff. A lot of rain falls at Cypress Pond; most of the rain falls through March, and the driest       month is August. Bateman Slough is a good place to stop at, and if you need a site to stay Holladay Days Inn is a great choice. There's fine hiking along the Largo Trail, and Anderson Hollow is a wonderful site to spend some time. All through the summer, highs regularly are in the 80's at Cypress Pond, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Cypress                  Pond.
