Cummings Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Middle Creek for all you adrenaline kick people, and a quick spree to Alex McNabb Branch is positively a magnificent idea. If you want a tremendous time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Cummings Lake. You'll meet a lot of folks from Chattanooga here, and a tremendous close by hotel is Covenant Motel. Going for a hike on the Skyuka Trail is always a perfect adventure; Bill McNabb Gulf is unquestionably a good site to stop by. There are some good whitewater spots on Mullens Creek; if you have the time, Russell Cave National Monument is a national park worth visiting.

falls at Cummings Lake; the month with most of the rain is March, and June meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Cummings Lake is a great place to camp, Raccoon Mountain Campground is a great place; the Skyuka
Trail is a glorious hiking trail close by. Hicks Mountain is clearly visible from Cummings Lake, and a lake close by is Raccoon Mountain Pumped Station Reservoir.
All through the warm days of summer, highs frequently are in the
80's at Cummings Lake while night lows are generally in the 60's. For the duration of the wintertime highs are regularly in the 40's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Cummings Lake temperatures drop to the 20's. You'll wish
for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable things at Cummings Lake. Stay the night at Racoon Mountain Campground, and if you need a spot to stay Alpine Lodge Motel Honeymoon is a delightful choice. There is a pleasant hiking trail near Cummings Lake called the Lookout Creek Trail, and Huff Spring is always fun to check out.
