    Crutcher Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Crutcher Lake gets a lot of water; through the month of March you get the most rain around here, and October meanwhile is the driest month. Looking for something close to Crutcher Lake? Crutcher Lake is close at hand; in case you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Bledsoe Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Nearby lakes? Sure, Norman Lake is  
   next to Crutcher Lake, and an interesting thing to explore close to Crutcher Lake is Crutcher Lake Dam.
Any time is a brilliant time at Crutcher Lake if you adore the outdoors. Camping is available at Nashville Country RV Park, and there are plenty of people from Nashville-Davidson—Murfreesboro here at Crutcher Lake. At Crutcher Lake during the warmest time of the year highs are in the 80's; the overnight is rather colder of course, typically in the 60's.
 
               The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's with temperatures at Crutcher Lake dipping down into the 20's through winter nights.

Two Rivers Campgrounds
11 miles away
Small, well kept campground that is privately owned and operated. Owners on site most of the time. During the season there is free live entertainment two or three nights a weeks. Always free coffee in the office for visitors. Front desk staff is friendly and can help you plan your stay in Nasvhille. Tours and show tickets available at the front desk as well.

Pets are allowed but you are required to keep them on a lease and pick up their messes.

Lesters Lake is no longer there. It was drained years ago after a girl was killed swimming there when she swam into an area inhabited by cottonmouth snakes and was bitten several times....Do you remember swimming at Lesters Lake...1970...?...

Bledsoe Creek

Bledsoe creek was a real let down. The only time to go to this is if there has been atleast one inch of rain the previous day before you go. When we got there it was a dried up creek bed so there was no rafting for us that day; we just had to settle on practicing our rolls....
