This lake is so wonderful. Craig Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Rau-wood Retreat Center is a tremendous local campground, and a golf course close by is Cliff View Golf Course. During the warmest time of the year at Craig Lake temperatures are mostly in the 80's while night lows are typically in the 60's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 40's with temperatures at Craig Lake dipping down into the 20's       during winter nights. A splendid spot to camp here at Craig Lake is Manchester KOA, and there's some flowing water close by, Brush Creek is a stream you can stop at while you're here. If you want a great time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Craig Lake. A journey to Buffalo Gap is always fun, and Craig Lake Dam is pretty. Craig Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain, and October on the other hand                  is the driest. You can run the rapids of Little Harpeth River in close proximity to Craig Lake.
