City of Monterey Lake is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Roam and Roost RV Campground is a delightful local campground, and you'll come across a charming lake called Monterey Lake. This lake is so wonderful. The summit of Hampton Mountain can be observed from City of Monterey Lake; if you come at the right time of year, Obey River - East Fork offers some tremendous whitewater. City of Monterey Lake is one of the lakes here in the Cumberland Plateau Mountains.
