City of Monterey Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Summertime at City of Monterey Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 60's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 40's, and nighttime lows in the 20's for City of Monterey Lake. At City of Monterey Lake you always meet someone from Cookevi lle, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western Leisure

There are other locations here than City of Monterey Lake, for example J E Walker Lake, and let's not forget Blaylock Branch which is a stream that you may bump into while here.

stop by, and paddling on Obey River - East Fork is so much fun. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Ramada Inn is a splendid choice; City of Monterey Lake is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Spring Valley
RV Park is a perfect local campground. This lake is one of the great places here in the Cumberland Plateau Mountains.
Whohoo, so many amusing things in one place! The Cumberland Plateau Mountains is excellent! Hampton Mountain
is pretty and can be seen from City of Monterey Lake, and golf can be played at Mountain Ridge Golf Club. This lake is so wonderful. There's always City of Monterey Water Supply Dam to stop at close to City of Monterey Lake, and if
you came to camp Roam and Roost RV Campground is a great site to do that.
City of Monterey Lake is a wet location that gets much rainfall; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
