May Springs Campground is a delightful campground nearby, and Dandridge Super 8 Motel is a pleasant place to get some rest. Cave Pond gets lots of water; during the month of July you get the most rain around here while September is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. A visit to Cave Pond wouldn't be complete without taking a look at Mitchell Spring, and if you're here why not go to Spoon       Hollow. People from Morristown love to come to Cave Pond, and you can stay the night at Greenlee Campground & Marine. At Cave Pond during the warm months highs are in the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's, and night lows in the 20's for Cave Pond.
