Not far from Catherine Lake you acquire some great water scenery at Catherine Lake Dam, and Bean Pot Holiday Trav-l-park
is a magnificent local campground. This lake is one of the great places here in the Cumberland Plateau Mountains. A great deal of rainfall falls at Catherine Lake; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest
month of the year is October.
There's no way someone can get bored here in the Cumberland Plateau Mountains. The vista of Turkey Knob from Catherine Lake is charming, and why not camp at Deer Run RV Resort since you're here at
Catherine Lake. High temperatures at Catherine Lake throughout the months of summer are in the 80's while nighttime lows are frequently in the 60's. Highs through the winter are commonly in the 40's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Catherine Lake plunge into the 20's.
