There's so much to do here at Canterbury Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Bean Pot Holiday Trav-l-park is a nice place for that. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay Fairfield Glade Resort is a great choice. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Canterbury Lake has to offer, you can camp at Deer Run RV Resort. This place, Canterbury Lake, it just has so much outdoors                  entertaining stuff. The summit of Pilot Knob can be distinguished from Canterbury Lake, and whitewater paddling is fine on Obed River. Through the warm months highs here at Canterbury Lake reach the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Canterbury Lake temperatures drop to the 20's. Lots of people from Crossville come to Canterbury Lake, and a journey to Obed Wild & Scenic River is worthwhile. So much exciting stuff to do in the Cumberland Plateau Mountains, not sufficient time.
