Canterbury Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. The Cumberland Plateau Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Canterbury Lake is a wet spot that gets much rain; during the month of March you get the most rain around here, and the driest month is October. There's no way somebody can get bored here in the Cumberland Plateau Mountains. A trip to Obed Wild & Scenic River is recommended, and in the event that you don’t have a problem

| | getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Obed River.
This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Canterbury Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Bean Pot Holiday Trav-l-park is a brilliant location for that. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Crossville Tn, and whitewater paddling is nice on Daddy's Creek. Yep, outdoors cool things truly is plentiful here in the Cumberland Plateau Mountains. The vista of Pilot Knob from Canterbury Lake is pretty, and
a lovely lake like Brown Creek Lake is a great place to go to. Now, you may believe that's loads but there's even more cool stuff to do here at Canterbury Lake. While you're here at Canterbury Lake you can play some golf at Stonehenge
Golf Club. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Canterbury Lake has to offer, you can camp at Deer Run RV Resort. All through the summer at Canterbury Lake temperatures are frequently in the 80's while night lows are
mostly in the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's; through the dark hours in the winter at Canterbury Lake temperatures dip to the 20's.
Bagwell Branch is a perfect local stream, and if you're here you will meet lots of people from close by Crossville.
