Why not stop by Burnett Lake if you're passing through these parts. This lake is located in the wonderful Cumberland Plateau Mountains. All our national parks are splendid locations to pop by, and Obed Wild & Scenic River is no exception, and Burnett Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Clear Creek Campsite is a great local campground. So much amusing stuff to do here in the Cumberland Plateau Mountains, too great to be true. This is a popular location

| | for folks from Crossville. There's so much to do here at Burnett Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Wesleyan Campground is a glorious place for that.

whitewater spots on Clear Fork - North Prong, and the Lake Bluff Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Ridge Trail; there's always Burnett Dam to visit close to Burnett Lake.
There's good hiking along the Lake View Trail, and Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Crossville Tn is a good place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Summertime highs at Burnett Lake generally tend to be in the 80's. When
the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's; nighttime lows in the 20's for Burnett Lake.
Burnett Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; through March this area sees the most rain, and October on the other hand is the driest.
