This lake is one of the great places here in the Cumberland Plateau Mountains. Boston Branch Lake is a delightful place to visit for more than one day, Lookout Valley RV Park is a delightful place to camp nearby; get yourself into a kayak and hit North Chickamauga Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Cedar Creek Mobile Home Park, and there are some splendid whitewater spots       on Cooper Creek. Boston Branch Lake is a quite wet place usually with lots of precipitation; March is when you get the most rain here while October is commonly the driest month. Montlake is a nearby lake that you could explore, and why not stop at Boston Branch Lake Dam while you're here. There's just no way someone can get bored here at Boston Branch Lake. Through the summertime at Boston Branch Lake temperatures are generally in the 80's while nighttime                  lows are ordinarily in the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's, and night lows at Boston Branch Lake through the wintertime usually plunge into the 20's. Now, you may feel that's a heap but there's even more fun stuff to do here in the Cumberland Plateau Mountains. Going for a hike along the Skyuka Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region; Montlake Golf & Country Club is a great golf course nearby. Hiking along the Lookout Creek Trail is wonderful fun; nearby you find Roberts Gap which is a great place to pop by. This lake is so wonderful.
