If you are traveling by, why not stop by Blue Water Lake. Blue Water Lake is a delightful place to camp, Music City Campground is a delightful place, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Little Harpeth River. At Blue Water Lake during the days of summer highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 60's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here

Comfort Inn Southeast is a good place to get some rest, and during your visit here you'll meet some people from Nashville-Davidson—Murfreesboro for sure. If you need a site to stay Driftwood Inn is a good choice; you can stay the night at New Smyrna Campgrounds. All the water falling down from the sky makes Blue Water Lake a wet location; May is the wettest month with most rain while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
