A nice site in the vicinity of Blue Pond       is Blackwell Hollow, and a journey to nearby Bass Bay is very relaxing. The high level of rain makes Blue Pond a quite wet place; the wettest month of the year is mostly December, that's the one that rains the most while October is mostly the driest month.
