Black Pond sees pretty high levels of rain; throughout March this area sees the most rain, and October on the other hand is the driest. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always have a look at close by Dick Pond; get yourself into a kayak and hit Pine Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Manchester Koa Kampground is a splendid campground nearby, and you'll meet a lot of       folks from McMinnville here. What a site this is for outdoors people. Lakes are tremendous; Harvest Farms Lake is a lake that's close to Black Pond.
