Yeah, come here to Berry Pond for a great time. A great place for whitewater paddling in the vicinity of Berry Pond is Nolichucky River, and after a long day outdoors Greeneville-Days Inn is a great place to spend a night or two. All the water falling down from the sky makes Berry Pond a wet site; May is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is October. This lake is so       wonderful. Going for a hike on the Little Jennings Creek Trail is always a wonderful adventure. Near Berry Pond you stumble on the Scarlet Oak Trail which is a glorious hiking trail; some of the water nearby flows, like Little Sinking Creek. Camping at Pebble Mountain Family is always a pleasant experience, and people from Greeneville love to come here. Summertime highs at Berry Pond typically tend to be in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures                  drop down into the 60's. For the period of the wintertime highs are regularly in the 40's while Berry Pond nighttime low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. An afternoon playing golf at Twin Creeks Golf Course is always a bliss, and Campbell Gap is a glorious place to pop by. The Doctors Ridge Trail is a splendid hiking trail close to Berry Pond; in the event that you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Big Laurel Creek.
