These mountains rock, just look at all the entertaining stuff to do in the Cumberland Plateau Mountains. There are some wonderful whitewater spots on Bee Creek. There's so much to do here at Beecher Smith Lake that you need to camp
here for a while, Mountain Glen RV Park is a great site for that. This lake is located in the wonderful Cumberland Plateau Mountains. If you want a magnificent time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Cumberland Plateau Mountains.
Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Caney Fork, and you're perhaps into lakes, J C Gant Lake is one of those close by. During the summer, highs mostly are in the 80's at Beecher Smith
Lake, and throughout the night it cools down to the 60's. During the winter highs are in the 40's, and after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Beecher Smith Lake dip into the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. The good people of Crossville like to hang out close by; do take a hike on the Laurel-Snow Trail.
