Baylor Lake is always a pleasure to visit. Middle Creek has a nice whitewater paddling spot nearby, and a trip to Russell Cave National Monument is recommended. This place, Baylor Lake, it just has so much outdoors amusing stuff. Do pop by Pan Gap Lake near Baylor Lake, it's a wonderful lake, and if you came for an overnight stay Lookout Valley RV Park is a glorious place to camp. This lake is so wonderful. Summer at Baylor Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 60's. Through the winter highs are in the 40's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Baylor Lake temperatures drop to the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. is great, you can go for a hike along the Skyuka Trail. Dry warm beds await you at Courtyard By Marriott Chattanooga Downtown, and an afternoon playing golf at Signal Mountain Golf & Country Club is always a diversion.

Lake is a nearby lake that you could check out; hiking along the Lookout Creek Trail is tremendous fun. Going for a hike along the Hardy Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and don't leave Baylor Lake without
first checking out James Point. Baylor Lake is a wet site that gets a large amount of rain; March is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is June.
But wait, there's more to do close to Baylor Lake.
Whitewater paddling is great on Coal Bank. If you're here, you might as well stop at Burris Bar; Racoon Mountain Campground is a brilliant local campground.
