You'll need more than a day to look at everything Willow Springs Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Moon Campground; Fountain Inn is a delightful location to get some rest. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this location. Dry warm beds await you at Auto Inn Motel. At Willow Springs Reservoir you don’t see much rainfall; most of the rain falls during June while January is frequently the driest month.       But wait, there's more fun things to do in the Black Hills. The Rim Rock Trail is a nice hiking trail near Willow Springs Reservoir, and Briggs Spring is an inspiring place to take a look at while here. Willow Springs Reservoir is located in the Black Hills. High temperatures at Willow Springs Reservoir all through the summertime months are in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows drop down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's with                  temperatures at Willow Springs Reservoir dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. There is a delightful hiking trail near Willow Springs Reservoir called the Pettigrew Trail, and while you're here why not stop at Jenks Draw.
