After a long day outdoors Super 8 Sisseton is a good place to spend a night or two, and you'll stumble on a lovely lake called Waubay Lake. During the summer months, highs mostly are in the 80's at South Waubay Lake. During the moonlight hours it's usually in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 10's, and after the sun is down all through the winter temperatures at South Waubay Lake sink into the-10's. | | and do stop by Antelope Lake, it's a gorgeous lake. South Waubay Lake is pretty dried out regularly; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is December. This lake is so wonderful. A great place to camp here at South Waubay Lake is Bur-oak Lodge. | |
