The beauty of Round Lake attracts many people from all around. There are other sites here than Round Lake, for example Clubhouse Lake, and during your visit here you'll meet some people from Wahpeton for sure. It is very dehydrated here at Round Lake frequently; June is the wettest month with most rain while December is regularly the driest month. Chahinkapa Park Campground is a splendid campground nearby.

| | Dakota Magic Casino & Hotel is a tremendous location to get some rest. For the period of the warm months at Round Lake highs are frequently in the 80's, and the night is fairly cooler of course, usually in the 50's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 10's, and overnight lows in the-10's for Round Lake. This lake is so wonderful. A quick journey to Big Slough in close proximity to Round Lake is a nice idea, and dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Wahpeton.
