In South Dakota there are many beautiful lakes, Red Lake is one of them. This lake is so wonderful. A visit to Roughlock Falls will fill your spirit with good feelings, and there's wonderful hiking along the Rim Rock Trail. Spearfish Creek is a pleasant whitewater spot near Red Lake. Lakes are brilliant; Iron Creek Lake is a lake that's in the vicinity of Red Lake. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Black Hills. Camping at Timon Campground is always a tremendous

| | experience, and there's some out of the ordinary stuff to spot at Iron Creek Dam near Red Lake.
Deer Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth visiting, and a tour to Tollgate Flats invigorates the spirit. All the outdoors amusing things in the Black Hills will keep you coming back repeatedly. The Pettigrew Trail offers hiking at its best, and you can never
get enough of the tremendous skiing at Terry Peak. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun stuff at Red Lake. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Red Lake; Iron Creek Trail is a glorious local trail, and dry warm
beds await you at Spearfish Travelodge. I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a brilliant time here at Red Lake. Why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Lead Country Club.
At Red Lake you don’t see much rain; the
wettest month of the year is commonly June, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month is January. Through the long summer days at Red Lake temperatures are frequently in the 80's, and all through the night it cools
down to the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's; overnight lows throughout the winter for Red Lake tend to be in the 10's. This lake is located in the wonderful Black Hills.
