Lake of the Pines is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. This lake is one of the great places here in the Black Hills. This lake is so wonderful. At Lake of the Pines you can catch a glimpse of Custer Mountain, and a golf course nearby is Rocky Knolls Golf Course. And if that's not enough there's a heap more exciting things to do in the Black Hills. On a wonderful day at Lake of the Pines you can take a hike along the Sunday Gulch Trail, and why

Not much rainfall falls here at Lake of the Pines; the wettest month of the year is usually June, that's the one that rains the most, and January on the other hand is the driest. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Lake of the Pines, and the overnight is a little chillier of course, generally in the 50's.
