Getting to Crow Creek from Murray Lake is painless, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Bear Gulch Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Summertime highs at Murray Lake commonly tend to be in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's, and overnight lows in the 10's for Murray Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Mud Lake is a       nearby lake that you could check out, and on a splendid day you can take a hike along the Big Hill Ski Trail. Don't you try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a magnificent time here at Murray Lake. You can never get enough of the pleasant skiing at Terry Peak; after a long day outdoors Spearfish-Days Inn is a pleasant location to spend a night or two. If you came for an overnight stay Iron Creek Lake is a perfect location to camp; you can have a magnificent hiking                  adventure along the Beaver Ridge Trail. A lake nearby is Cox Lake; get yourself into a kayak and hit Spearfish Creek. Not much rainfall falls here at Murray Lake; the month with most of the rain is June while January is usually the driest month.
