This lake is so wonderful. At Mortimer Slough you always meet someone from Brookings, and Lynmar Resort and Campgrounds is a glorious campground nearby. All through the warmest time of the year at Mortimer Slough temperatures are usually in the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. Highs all through the wintertime are generally in the 20's, and night lows all through the wintertime for Mortimer       Slough tend to be in the-10's. Dry warm beds await you at Days Inn Brookings, and you'll come across a beautiful lake called Johnson Lake.
