Summer brings highs in the 80's to Lost Lake, and the overnight is slightly colder of course, usually in the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's, and nighttime lows through the wintertime for Lost Lake tend to be in the 0's. If you came for an overnight stay Kamp Dakota is a splendid place to camp, and you'll probably meet some folks from Sioux Falls here. This lake is so wonderful.       A magnificent nearby hotel is Town N Country. Lost Lake is frequently a relatively dried up place; most of the rain falls through June while January is frequently the driest month.
