Throughout the days of summer at Long Lake highs are commonly in the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. Highs during the winter are regularly in the 10's while the cold winter nights at Long Lake are in the-10's. Not much precipitation falls here at Long Lake;       the month with most of the rain is June; December meanwhile is the driest month. Long Lake is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Bur-oak Lodge is a perfect local campground, and Super 8 Sisseton is a great location to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful.
