If you are in Fall River county it's always a good idea to stop by Larive Lake. Here at Larive Lake you can spot Battle Mountain, and if you're looking for a good trip, Jewel Cave National Monument is relatively near. Larive Lake is a glorious site to visit for more than one day, Larive Lake Resort is a glorious site to camp nearby, and Larive Lake is next to Cold Brook Canyon which is definitely worth visiting. There's no way anyone can get bored here in

| | the Black Hills. Going for a hike along the Centennial Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and playing golf is lots of fun at Southern Hills Golf Course.
Larive Lake is a beautiful lake in the Black Hills. This lake is so wonderful. Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Hot Springs is a fine spot to get some rest, and there's always Cold Brook Dam to go to near Larive Lake. Be careful coming to Larive Lake, you might not ever wanna return | |

home again. If the weather is glorious here at Larive Lake, you can go for a hike along the Paha Sapa Trail, and Allen Ranch Tipi and Campgrounds is a wonderful campground nearby.
Around Larive Lake you don’t get a lot of rain;
July is the month that gets the most rain, and January is the month with the least moisture. For the period of the months of summer at Larive Lake highs are ordinarily in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into
the 50's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Larive Lake.
This lake is so wonderful. Cold Brook is one of the streams nearby that might be worth a
visit, and a great nearby hotel is Rodeway Inn Hot Springs. So much enjoyable stuff to do in the Black Hills, not enough time. While you're here at Larive Lake you can take a hike along the Norbeck Trail, and do go to Cold Brook Reservoir, it's a stunning lake.
