Summer brings highs in the 80's to Lake Hendricks. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 60's. All through the winter highs are in the 20's with temperatures at Lake Hendricks dipping down into the 0's through winter nights. A golf course right next door to Lake Hendricks is Hendricks Golf Club, and after a long day outdoors Pleasant Valley is a brilliant       site to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Old wagon Camp Ground. Lake Hendricks is usually a reasonably waterless site; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain, and December is when it's the driest.
