At Ethan Lake you don’t see much precipitation; June is the wettest month with most rain, and January on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Very delightful water scenery is available at Ethan Dam in close proximity to Ethan Lake, and camping at Lake Mitchell Campgrounds is always       a delightful experience. The warmest time of the year at Ethan Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 60's. All through the winter highs are regularly in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Ethan Lake. If you need a location to stay Comfort Inn & Suites is a delightful choice, and a wonderful spot to camp here at Ethan Lake is Parkston-rainbow Motel. This is no spot for people                  who don’t like to have fun.
