Many people like to go to Dry Lake Pond. Yeah, come up here to the Black Hills for a tremendous time. Harvey Spring is a charming place to pop by while you're at Dry Lake Pond, and at Dry Lake Pond you always meet someone from Spearfish. This lake is so wonderful. The Iron Creek Trail is a pleasant hiking trail near Dry Lake Pond, and Deadwood Super 8 Motel is a good spot to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Be careful coming to the Black Hills, you might not ever wanna return home again. Any time is a delightful time at Dry Lake Pond if you love the outdoors.
Near Dry Lake Pond you hit upon the Big Hill Ski Trail which is a tremendous hiking trail; you can never get enough of the great skiing at Terry Peak. Summer at Dry Lake Pond arrives with high temperatures in the 80's with night lows
in the 50's. Through the winter highs are frequently in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Dry Lake Pond are in the 0's.
This lake is one of the great places here in the Black Hills. It is very dehydrated here at Dry Lake Pond typically; through June this area sees the most rain; the driest month of the year is January.
