This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Cottonwood Springs Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Allen Ranch Tipi and Campgrounds is a good place for that, and a spree to Jewel Cave National Monument is worthwhile. You can take a little journey to Cottonwood Springs Dam while you're here at Cottonwood Springs Lake, and hiking is a popular       thing to do around Cottonwood Springs Lake; Centennial Trail is a perfect local trail. Just can't get enough of the Black Hills. This is no location for people who don’t like to have a good time. The Paha Sapa Trail offers hiking at its best, and an afternoon playing golf at Southern Hills Golf Course is always a joy. This lake is one of the great places here in the Black Hills. And that's not all there is to do here in the Black Hills. You'll need more than                  a day to explore everything Cottonwood Springs Lake has to offer, you can camp at Larive Lake Resort, and if you need a location to stay Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Hot Springs is a good choice.
