Larive Lake Resort is a good location for that, and if you need a place to stay Rodeway Inn Hot Springs is a delightful choice.
If you're here, you might as well pop by Cold Brook Canyon, and why not spend some time golfing at
a close by golf course like Southern Hills Golf Course. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Cold Brook Reservoir without first going for a hike along the Norbeck Trail; if you have the time, Jewel Cave National Monument is a national
park worth checking out. All through the warmest time of the year here at Cold Brook Reservoir, high temperatures usually reach the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in
the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Cold Brook Reservoir.
