Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Bowman Pond temperatures descend to the 0's. Bowman Pond is a location that is relatively dry frequently; the month with most of the rain is June, and the driest month is January. Red Stone Basin is a picturesque spot any time       of year, and dry warm beds await you at Silver Court. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Leewood Motel is a splendid choice; Hill Spring is a stunning spot to go to while you're at Bowman Pond. There's so much to do here at Bowman Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Red Leaf Campground is a tremendous spot for that. Lakes? Sure, Badland Pond is nearby.
